Disaster Preparedness:     Disaster by its very definition is “unexpected, devastating circumstances”.  Future Focus Community, LLC has experience in planning and establishing specific strategies for dealing with the unexpected.  Other professional resources are available to consider how to effectively deal with more global disasters that could effect the operation of the senior retirement community.

Dietician Consulting:     Through the services of professional dietary clinicians, the special diet needs of the residents are considered.  In addition to the personal value and dignity afforded to the individual when food is prepared and presented in a way that encourages consumption and good nutrition, is the extension of a quality of life when these issues are considered.

Clinical Consulting:     Good medical services including nursing practices, therapy, dental and podiatry care are paramount to establishing a quality community.  Through our resources, we are prepared to share our experiences.

Intergenerational:     An individual in isolation will wither.  Much research has been quantified about the value of social interaction.  Our facility experience expands that practice to include the mutual value achieved when seniors and children regularly interact—both are strengthened and cultural and familiar values are broadened.

Community Assessment:     Various communities in the United States have seen the value of distinguishing themselves as a “senior friendly town”.  Our Company has reviewed the practical applications to be considered, both by the local community and the senior retirement community to foster an inter-dependent awareness of the need to provide physical, social and governmental access for everyone.

Accreditation Process:     Our Principles have been through the rigorous process of being professionally accredited.  They have also worked toward providing standardized accreditation for their facilities in both licensed institutional care and senior housing settings.  We would work to share those standards and accrediting bodies with our Host Country as appropriate.
