AIT Program:     Our Principals have the academic and practical professional experience of training excellent administrative leaders and can systematically assess the capabilities and training needs of those charged with becoming professional senior community administrators.

Department Head Training:     The proper over-sight and implementation of specific department standards and practices, in addition to providing individual employees with tools and skills necessary to accomplish their department mission, is imperative to having a quality community.  We also have tools to assist in that process.

Supervisory Training:     Identifying and coaching excellent employees to take the next step in their career by giving them opportunity to share their skills and coordinating the work of others, is best accomplished when good supervisory training is provided.  Future Focus Community, LLC Principals have conducted both group and individual coaching sessions to help train the department head leaders of tomorrow.

Health Care Administration:     Future Focus Community, LLC Principals and Key Professional Affiliates have taught classes in Masters of Science Degreed Programs for University based Health Care Administration Programs.  There is opportunity for individuals to add to their professional and educational knowledge through affiliating with University Programs that use our professors.

Aging Administration:     Through professional boards, networking and participation in current thought on the practical application of serving the physical, social, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of individual residents, we work to meet the current and anticipated needs of our staff and residents.

Activity Development:    Structured and independent activity programming in a retirement community has been shown to produce a sense of well being.   The implementation of purposeful activities has also been shown to be particularly helpful in addressing the special needs of dementia residents.

Resident Centered Care:     Future Focus Community, LLC and its staff have the philosophy of creatively meeting the needs of our residents in a home-like environment vs. that of a hospital-like institutional environment.  The practical application of this philosophy was successfully implemented by one of our Principals when he was part of the University of Missouri Center for Aging Program.

Continuing Education Classes:     Continual exposure to classes and seminars that promote a “Best Practice” solution to ongoing problems across various facilities will be shared through the use of both computerized learning modules and group learning situations.
