Management:     Our Company can systematically establish and monitor operational norms throughout the community.

Financial Services:     Our Company can assist in establishing operational accounting practices that quantify the monthly revenue and expense trend lines for individual line items and assist in forecasting specific operational cash management issues.

Administrative Oversight:     Our Company can provide both remote and periodic physical administrative visits at each facility within our span of control.  We will assist in the direct management of a project until such time as a suitable candidate is found and trained to provide the leadership necessary to establish independent presence.

Dietary Management:     Through contractual relationships, we can train in proper food service practices, including menu planning and preparation, special diets, use of food service equipment and food service sanitation practices and storage, along with the value that a good food service program has on the overall well-being of both residents and staff and the satisfaction it brings to their families.

Day Care Services:     Our Principals were among the first to establish an intergenerational child care program on the campus of a senior care facility.  Those very positive experiences will be made available.

Operating Manuals:     Future Focus Community, LLC has written and also has additional access to departmental operational manuals that systematizes basic departmental operational issues and practices, such that the department will have a basis to run successfully and within prescribed standards.

Purchasing Plans:     Future Focus Community, LLC has, through its professional contacts, access to various group buying sources for materials and supplies regularly used in conjunction with providing services to the aged in a variety of community settings.

Infection Control:     The establishment of good infection control practices will be very beneficial in maintaining a quality facility.
